checking on card balance said incorrect repeated several times still same answer so called the 800 number finally got the balance whats up with that!

I can't check gift card balance on line

I received this gift card as a gift. Today was the first time I have ever used it and the previous baolance was $13.46 which is a very odd amount to purchase a gift card for. How can I check to see if this was a used card?

Thanks John, I've been all over the (blank) place trying to get the balance on my gift card. It shouldn't have to be so difficult. When the instructions say "Check balance here, that should be where one can get the answer for your balance....FIX IT!
