Everyone here does realize that Borders went under right? They probably wont be worth anything

they redirected me too!!!I called 3 times and still did not work!

I just called the number on the back of my card and was redirected twice. Long story short a B&N rep told me they have no system to report Border Gift card balances. He advised to hold on to it and keep checking back! ???? UGH!!!! Anyone have any advice or information??

The Borders gift card number has been busy for 2 days. And after entering it into the BN gift card space, it says the number is not valid. Now what?

OK - you don't enter the 16 digit code into the Promo Code Box, you gotta do a guest sign in put your address in then you get to a payment screen where you enter it under "Gift Cards" - then it showed how much was applied to the card but not a balance.

The phone system does deliver up pretty quickly and easily I must say.

yeah, so I found something cheap, and at checkout the promotion entry form will only allow me to enter 15 of the 16 digit code!

Why is there no on-line site I can check my Borders gift card Balance? This is rediculous!
