Tried to check my gift card balance on-line, did everything it told me to do and NOTHING...not a wait a minute while we search that for you prompt or anything. Frustrating!
Nothing more be said. Once I spend the money on this card I'll use Sears as the last resort.
FIX THE SITE
Know wonder their closing 120 stores. If they can't get the retail division right, do you expect their web site to do better. I've tried for two days to get my balance too no avail. WalMart here I come!!!
Apparently no one from Sears is reading the comments - you still can't check the gift card balance on line - and you can read the computer generated words to use their process - another reason why Sears continues to struggle.

Could not reload a gift card for SEARS....quite upset that this did not happen when it said it was QUITE EASY?
WE live in a rural area and like the idea of using gift cards that we can do on line.....but this was a JOKE!!
Still doesnt work is there any IT person working for Sears
