i had no problems with my gift card, now i'll get one for myself. maybe people need to activate the card by calling the number on the back.

Why are the phone numbers for contacting the Visa Vanilla Gift Card people on the site niot working. I finally managed to decipher the small print phone number on the card itself and got through. I'm never using this Visa gift card again. I have had nothing but trouble with it since I got it. I'm sticking to the mastercard Vanilla card. They have al their ducks in a row.

I love vanilla gift cards they are so easy to use..The only 2 things i strongly disagree with is you shouldnt have to pay $3.95-4.95 to put money on these cards and they should give you a pin # for the cardfor debit use.If they can fix these issues that would be so good.

My card was given to me as a gift and it worked fine. Only issue I had is that not all vendors take them without my name on it. They wanted to see my ID. No verification no use.

Got a 100 visa for our wedding and it doesn't work. Somebody got ripped off. We don't know who it was from. We called the number on the back but there's no info.
