Can I reload my vanilla visa prepaid on line shopping card if so how?

Received a VISA Vanilla card from friends for my birthday in March of 2011. I promptly LOST it. It showed up last week while vacuuming out my car and since then has worked perfectly. Very pleased!

I think people need to understand you need to call the number on the back of your card to register it first. Once you do this card works fine. Two thumbs up!!!

I have used these card several times over the last few months and a swear by them. The key to utilizing the card is to register it first then the card is great.It surprises my to see all the negative comments. i even used them to by a last minute airline ticket

I have used my Vanilla Visa several times since receiving it for Christmas. I have had no trouble anywhere I have used it, gas, restaurants, stores. I LOVE the convience. I was so happy, I called Visa to let them know and to my surprise they added a $15.00 dollar credit to my card !!!!

so ripped off, cant use the cards anywhere, and i bought three of them. there is no pin yet i am asked to put in a pin, ive tried pressing credit, savings and cheque. cant believe they are getting away with ripping people off, ****ing idiots.

I just recieved my gift card but, seeing all these negative comment makes me wonder if I will have the smae problem. I only hope that I dont get ripped off.

if this card is such a problem then why are they still selling them. noe im worried that I will be ripped of if I try to use this card

These jokers at Vanilla Prepaid Visa have been stalling with the same answer "sorry sir, I will get you an update in 24-48 hours" for over a month now.

Check the social media streams as I push this out. This is theft of hard earned money right before Christmas.
