like this card and have never had problem

I am inclined to agree with most of the negative comments here. I saved my card to use on a trip & when I went to use it I had hardly anything left of the original $50.00 gift. No one tells you that you have to use it or they deduct fees from it. I never told the person who gave it to me that they wasted their money.

I hate these cards! My kids get from Great Uncle for birthdays and Christmas and we end up tossing them they r a pain in the ass! The kids know they got a gift card so we have 2 go and get them something extra. Don't buy they r crap!

i like the card i just hate the fact that if you want your cash back you cant get it you should make a card redeemable for cash advances i think you would get more sales.

To Tracey -- about the no customer service number....if you dial the (800) 571-1376 and instead of inputting your card number, just dial some zeros and push #. Repeat that several times and it'll finally let you talk to a person.

I had $100.00 gift card and have never used it, it now has $45.00 as $2.50 was deducted per month for dormant fee. Just another way to take your money!! Unfair!! Never will I buy a vanilla gift card again!

i used visa many of times and then all of a sudden i had nothinf but problems im with sticking with master card your right yhey got there ducks in order

I have used over 20 plus visa gift cards. Same kind every time. As long as you register your card online with correct info, it will allow you to shop online or anywhere else that takes visa. Sometimes if you don't register it, the merchants system will not allow it to go through because its not registered. This will save anyone who buys vanilla gift cards a lot of time and frustration.
