Sad to hear u can't check ur balance online nor call after hours

very inconvenient not to be able to check your gift card balance on line. I guess that is the gimmick to get into the store to buy more. Will tell everyone not to buy a gift card again.

Your on line service for checking gift cards balances is terrible. First, you can't check it on line and the phone system does not work either. why not, is it just another way to force us into your store?

In this modern era of doing most things online. Why can't I check the balance of a card, or even reload it (would bring in more revenue for the company). Hey there PC get with the times.

You guys needs to come up with a proper balance check system so the remaining balance can be checked online. I tried the phone number and got a message, who wants to bother with all that delay nonsense. Get up to speed with the times, please.

unhappy with pc gift card gave 2 as gifts and one had zero balance and the other a lesser value proved very embarrasin for all involved
